Are your products vegan and cruelty free
Our products are 100% cruelty-free, always tested on ourselves and our human friends. Our new line of products are vegan with the exception of the makeup remover, which contains locally and ethically sourced honey. A few items from our previous line contain beeswax and therefore are not vegan these include the lip balms and deodorants.
How eco-conscious is your packaging
We have worked hard to switch our products to glass and compostable packaging. Which can be reused, composted or recycled. Although we are striving to be as eco-conscious as possible we are not perfect. Our labels are not compostable and have to be peel off the products before the packaging is recycled. We are continuously searching for better alternatives.
We ship all our orders in cardboard boxes or compostable mailers. We encourage our customer to reuse these boxes whenever possible. Our filler is usually shredded catalogs, recycled tissue paper or reused packing paper and plastics wrap from packages we ourselves have received. We also use Kraft paper tape and compostable shipping labels.
How quickly will I receive my order
We try our best to fulfill orders within 1-3 days and ship them out 7 days a week. If for some reason we cannot fulfill your order within three days we will send you an email immediately after your order has been placed. If you wish to cancel your order at that time you will be fully reimbursed.
Shipping timelines are as follows:
- Canada: 1 - 3 days within Alberta and, up to 7 days nationally
- USA: 8 - 12 days
All Canadian orders receive automatic package tracking. International orders requiring tracking, may incur additional fees. We are not responsible for missing packages where address information has been incorrectly entered through the ordering process, for packages damaged in transport or for package returned to us.
Do you ship to the US
Yes we are excited to announce that we ship to the US. Your order will be shipped out to you within 1-3 business days. A confirmation email will be sent to you once your items have been shipped. Simply Polished is not responsible for delays and fees associated with customs.
Do you offer free shipping
Yes we offer free shipping in Canada and US on all orders over $65
My order is marked as delivered but I have yet to receive my package
We're sorry to hear this. If your order is marked as delivered but you have yet to receive it, please wait 3 business days before sending us an email. It is not unusual for a confirmation of delivery to happen prior to a package being received.
We also recommend that you check with your concierge or neighbours to see if they received the package for you.
I received an order with damaged or incorrect items
We are sorry to hear that. Please take a photo of your items in the package they were received in and email us within 3 business days. We are more than happy to rectify any issues with your order.
We want you to be happy with the products you have purchased and your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with your items we offer complimentary returns within 14 days of purchase. Please email us at email@example.com with your concerns and we will walk you through the return process.

Although allergic reactions to our pure and natural ingredients are uncommon, we recommend testing our products first by using them on a small patch of skin. If redness or irritation develops within 24 hours, discontinue use.
